Professional Profile

Transforming Complexity
into Performance

With over three decades of hands-on executive leadership, I specialize in the full spectrum of corporate transformation: turnaround management, M&A, financial restructuring, and international market expansion. I have operated at the highest levels of public companies listed on the NYSE and NASDAQ, leading P&L organizations up to US$40M+ in annual revenue across LATAM, North America, EMEA and APAC.

My career spans European multinationals — German, French, Swedish — as well as American public companies and Brazilian boutique operations, giving me a rare multicultural operating fluency that is essential for cross-border business. I bring not just strategy, but execution: I stay in the room until the turnaround is complete.

After successfully completing cancer treatment in 2023, I returned to full-time work in early 2025, bringing renewed energy and perspective to every engagement. I am actively seeking executive or senior advisory roles where my experience in turnaround, finance, sales operations or M&A can create immediate value.
